Vivre: One Piece TCG Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Vivre (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You must sign in using Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to your Apple ID
  • All activity under your account

We are not responsible for loss of access due to Apple account issues.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of:

  • Your collection data
  • Wishlist items
  • Portfolio tracking data

You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide App functionality.

You may not:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
  • Interfere with servers or backend services

5. Intellectual Property

Vivre is an independent collection tracker.

We are not affiliated with:

  • Bandai
  • One Piece
  • Shueisha
  • Toei Animation

All trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

The App design, branding, and software are owned by Vivre.

6. Service Availability

We may:

  • Modify features
  • Temporarily suspend service
  • Update backend infrastructure

We are not liable for service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of card pricing
  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free functionality

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivre shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Service interruptions

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence unless otherwise required by applicable law.
